1. Beta status

RevSpots is in a closed beta and is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, data and content may change or be removed without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. An account may only be used by the person who registered it.

3. User content

• You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, descriptions, locations).
• You grant RevSpots a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store and reproduce your content as needed to operate the service.
• You warrant that you hold all rights required for the content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

The following is not allowed, in particular:

• Spots on private property without permission, or in dangerous / illegal locations.
• Content that infringes personality rights, copyright or applicable law.
• Harassment, hate speech, spam or misleading location data.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping or bypassing security measures.

5. Moderation

Submitted spots and photos are reviewed before going live. We may reject, edit or remove content at any time without notice.

6. On-site safety

You use spots at your own risk. Respect traffic laws, property rights and local regulations. RevSpots is not responsible for damage or injury arising from visiting a spot.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The platform is provided without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, RevSpots is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use.

8. Termination

You may request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access in case of breach of these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated during the beta. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the website.
